StartX is a nonprofit startup accelerator and founder community connected to Stanford University. It supports Stanford-affiliated entrepreneurs—students, alumni, faculty, and staff—by providing mentorship, resources, and access to a strong network of experts and investors. Unlike most accelerators, StartX takes no equity, allowing founders to keep full ownership of their startups. With programs like StartX Med for biotech and over 700 supported startups, including big names like Patreon and OpenSea, StartX helps turn ideas into impactful ventures.
