Santan began serving AirAsia’s inflight meals in 2015, and opened its very first restaurant in 2019. It has since made waves for its “Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak”, often hailed as the ‘best Nasi Lemak in town’. Today, Santan is AirAsia’s official inflight caterer, with menu options ranging from Western-Asian fusion meals to specially brewed coffee.
