We work with SMEs to re-invent their business model through thru digital transformation, so that they can create new values for their customers. We partner with entrepreneurs who have innovative ideas but do not the technical expertise to build their digital business model with minimal risks thru the Lean Startup approach. Our core expertise are in the areas of digital transformation, strategic technology, market validation, technology evaluation and planning, rapid prototyping, and agile development.
